excellent site

Excellent site in all respects, but members might wish to specify they would like to be in the half nearest Reception etc: there's a lake which more or less divides the site and it's quite a trek from the furthest part to the shop, restaurant etc.

Site Review

Excellent site for our purpose (stop over on way to the South) The site was well managed, clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. All the facilities were clean and in good order. Will think about staying here for longer next time.

Great site within the Burgundy area

Sitting in the on site internet café writing this tonight. We arrived some days ago and were directed to our reserved SP pitch. Quite flat and reasonably private. Very good neighbours all around and just inside the low season so not many kids about, just very little ones. This is a very popular site for the Brits, Netherlanders and Scandics, so be prepared to meet lots of them. And what a great bunch they are. The site has good 10 amps power and good water pressure and local drainage. SP site are by far the better positions. Many sure you also get a pitch with shade. Not all have and this year is the hottest in Europe for 60 years. We went to bed last night with the in van temp reading 30 degrees. Is is very hot down here at present!! Lets not moan about that...it will soon be Christmas!. The site has an indoor and out door swimming pool. both very clean and quite large. It has a shop, wine tasting in the Chateau and a very well stocked shop. The site is very well guarded and is all very clean indeed. Beaune is about a hours drive away and Leclerc and Carrefore aboy 15 mins away. Its a great site worth stopping at for say a week max to take stock and visit Beaune. Fully recommended. Last point its a GREAT place to view some of the very latest caravan and motorhome kit from around Europe. WOW!!!

Great site

Stopped over here with Eurocamp in the past with the kids, then took our own van and spent two weeks here. Great peaceful site accessible to the main north South route, excellent facilities and friendly helpful English speaking staff. Fantastic restaurant, wine tasting, takeaway in beautiful location only a short walk from the river Saone, I would strongly recommend as a stop over for more than a day, or a whole holiday  The staff even arranged an appointment with the local vet for us on the way home. Great people, great site
