Stay at de paal for 4 nights last week, very nice.. we arrived on tuesday but due to heavy traffic we got there after reception had closed but this turned out not to be a problem after finding a very helpful member of staff in the bar who went to lengths getting us checked in. Once we had our pitch and settled in it was late however in the morning we explored the site and noticed it were near empty as it was after the dutch bank holiday, therefore everyone had gone back to work leaving the site very quiet for us to enjoy. We had booked a super pitch and this gave us our own bathroom which was very clean also a key to lock it allowing us to keep our bathroom things in there. Will use this again when our travels take us that way again.
