We were so excited to book this looked lovely . How wrong can you be after a very long hot journey we finally arrived to find our site completely unusable due to 5-6 feet deep tracks and a huge bees nest quickly relocated to another site which was halved in size due to wood that had been chopped and stacked ok well never mind let's go for a drink nope the restaurant and bar doesn't open on a Monday or Tuesday then seems to open when it feels like it other times no shop.or anywhere to buy any drinks whether soft or alcoholic ! The only thing this site has is a good pool but if you want a holiday atmosphere or an ice cream or even a drink in the bar this site is not for you . The mosquitoes are huge and the site is dusty choose somewhere else . We were so disgusted we left early paid extra in August to relocate to another site then following a complaint to the caravan club were able to recoup some of our costs after the site admitted not offering the advertised amenities

Domaine de Collet is a popular site in Pays de la Loire. It has an excellent pool complex and a good bar / restaurant, although unfortunately this is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. A pizza kiosk will be opening in 2020. Pitches here are of a good size and part shaded. This is a good base for exploring this fascinating, and often overlooked, region of waterways and charming fishing villages, with some great seafood restaurant.  – it’s also a good starting point for some great cycle trips, and is linked with the long distance Vélodyssée route.
