Just stayed here for 2 nights at the end of 3 week holiday on way back to port. Wanted a base to check out war cemeteries as 100 year Somme rememberance. What a lovely friendly site. Ok no frills or pool etc but clean and friendly. Little bar that serves reasonably priced excellent food and nice cool beer. The bugs can be a nuisance but expected in the height of summer and at side of a lake. We plan to now use this site on way down south and way back to port in future. Good access to war cemetery's and large British cemetery within walking distance. Loved it.
