Just a few nights this year and we weren't disappointed. Because it was early September we couldn't get on the Eiland so plumped for the Romantisch Kamp. Pitch was spacious and as last year a little bit unkempt; I think the turnover is so quick and the site so large that they have trouble fitting in the mowing operations. We had our own service point but again it was a push button tap you had to hold so mains connections don't work. WC facilities never crowded and always clean if not spotless. Tikibad great (again) park great (again) Wassenaar lovely (again). Proximity to Ijmuiden, Rotterdam and Hook of Holland ferry ports perfect and the departure time is very relaxed so you can clear up, pack and hitch then have a few hours grabbing a last go on the dodgems or mad mill before driving off. Would return.
