Beautiful area

We stayed for 8 days in early June. A clean and pleasant site with excellent sanitary block. Touring emplacements usually in groups of 4 with well maintained hedges. 10 amp electric and water uk style electric points 10 amp electric. Tarmac roads leading to the pitch with some illumination. The site is controlled by barriers with codes which can be used by the drivers of left hand drive and right hand drive vehicles. In close season as expected no shop, no restaurant, no bar no bread ordering system. There are nearby supermarkets Super U, Netto, Carrefour and Leclerc. Excellent Boulangerie in town with patisseries but long queues. A lot of town parking is blue zone limited with 1:30 hrs parking using a blue zone badge. Badges can be bought at Leclerc on the Pleuven road, more a hypermarket certainly much bigger than the others. There's a garage on the right hand side going to Leclerc they accept either cash or cards (I prefer Cash). Excellent area for cycling, quiet roads not far of beaches. Beg Meil is very close and Benodet and Concarneau are in short travelling distances. Excellent creperies nearby and mainly reasonably priced. Access to the site is easy following the blue signs, no issues with access road regarding the caravan width but if you don't stick to the route some roads are narrow. Excellent water pools and slides on site, I expect the site would be very busy in high season

Family holiday

This is a lovely campsite for a family holiday. We were here at the end of April and it was very quiet, and although not all the facilities were open everywhere was clean and the staff were very helpful. The beach is close by and the two small towns of Beg Meil and Benodet are easy to reach and worth a visit.

Great site not too far South

Excellent site without too much travelling from Channel ports, 250 miles from Cherbourg. All amenities good, pity the outdoor pool closed early Sept, before we arrived, despite hot weather.
