Dear Guest, we thank you for sharing your experience you had during your last stay with us. We are surprised and sorry to learn about your disappointment regarding some aspects of our services. We used to inform our guest that children are under the supervision of their parents, playing and running around the pool are forbidden to avoid any risk. We thank you for your remarks which help us to improve our quality standards. Finally we hope that even those inconveniences, you keep good memories of your Holidays.
