Stayed at this site for 8 nights in late June, found the staff could speak good English and were very helpful and friendly. The site is very large with a number of chalets and campers, the pitches are large but we found that our pitch,which was a service pitch with water and waste, was very uneven, had large bare patches of grass and was under large trees, pitches in other areas appeared to be in a much better condition.There are 2 shower blocks which are modern and cleaned twice daily, the bar and outside seating area is a very pleasant area to sit and have a drink in and the pool area is very inviting. In my opinion the site does need a little TLC re the hedges need trimming and the bar/pool area needs tidying up. Saumur is a short drive away with plenty of free parking, there are lots of shops and street cafes/bars and there is a large supermarket and petrol station on the edge of the centre. Overall on loverly site in a nice area.
