We’ve recently spent four nights at Le Lac De Panthier. Each morning we decided to extend our stay. So that decision indicates we liked what we had. The absolute key point is to try and secure a pitch overlooking the lake (reservoir). These pitches have a wonderful outlook that soothes the mind. Perfect. Otherwise, the site has challenges. The washroom and other facilities are very dated and not good. Pitches are quite close, although separated by hedges. The ehus are adequate; they are spread out and a long cable is needed and traffic will possibly crossover. If you can’t get a lake view pitch, then the remaining ones offer only a limited view and quite possible only of another unit. Expensive Wi-fi - you have to pay for two days worth at €13. Restaurant seemed pretty average and the site is remote from alternatives. However .. if you’re fortunate, the view is wonderful.
