rFrench Adventure

We have just returned from a two week adventure around France. We booked six nights at Ty Nadan on a recommendation from a friend and we had a lovely time. The restaurant was lovely and the staff very accommodating for us none French speaking travellers. Megan in the reception was very nice and chatty and had a lot of knowledge of places to visit and nothing seemed to be too much trouble for her.  If we had taken our Granddaughter age 9 with us then we wouldn't of had five minutes when she wouldn't of been saying can we do, or can  we go. Our only negative was the Evenings were a little quiet,  as adults without children we needed some entertainment but, all in all a very nice campsite.  A little warning the slop down to the reception is very keen and advise to park opposite the entrance behind the small wall or go very slowly.  If you want an action packed holiday with horse riding, canoeing, "go ape" style activities, then this is the place for you. Can recommend Concarneau as a lovely market experience where the fish available is wonderful. But to be fair, most days its market day in most of the surrounding towns.
