Idyllic setting - though nearby airport opens at 7am so no lie-ins! Pitch sizes are generous and site is well laid out. Took longer than expected to 'settle in' as the staff were all first-language Italian, yet all on-site signage is only printed in German. In the absence of any obvious fresh & grey water facilities our Receptionist really wasn't at all helpful. Our experience of the bar/restaurant didn't endear us to the staff there either - in fact the waitress and manager were quite disagreeable to the point of being very unpleasant to us at the end of our very average meal. In the shop, one of the assistant's attitude was extremely poor - all pointing to lack of adequate customer service training. The site deserves much better - hope it doesn't affect your enjoyment - perhaps we were just unlucky.
