Brilliant site

This was our first port of call on only our 2nd time in ireland, and were very impressed, the site lived up to everything we had expected, and more - we found a nice pitch in the secret garden and not that we object to kids, but the rest of the site was swarming with them! All in all a great 8 nights stay would definately return.

Great Stay

A lot of thought has gone into the layout of this site so that it appeals to all.  We stayed in the "Secret Garden" for adults only which gave us the peace and quiet we wanted. Although going round the site there is a lot for families to. There is a great dog walk on site along Flanagan's Way which at the top has great views.  Well positioned for the Wicklow Mountains and other places of interest.  The beach at Brittas Bay is beautiful and not far away either.

September visit to Wicklow (quiet season)

We have had 7 nights here and then 1 more before catching the ferry from Dublin. The site personnel were helpful and friendly, the Mickey Finns pub was great good micro brewery beer and good food. We stayed on the secret garden part of the site, good dog walk in the morning and close to Brittas Beach (a few miles) great also for the dogs to run. Facilities were good with a launderette. If you need wifi connection, the reception or the pub bar. An enjoyable stay

Great Site

Spent 5 nights here, late Aug 2015. Plenty of room when we arrived but filled up for the weekend as it was bank holiday and lots of visitors from N Ireland arrived. No pre-allocation of pitches so you can pick your own but I recommend you go for the secret garden which is for adults only. All hard standing pitches with electric, water and drain. No wifi on pitches or at toilet blocks but available at reception and in pub. Toilet block was very clean but like most sites in Ireland you pay for showers. Good dog walk on site. Mickey Finns pub does excellent food and has its own brewery if you want something other than Guinness. Phone signal is weak here and normal Freeview will not work as Rep of Ireland uses Soarview. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would use again if we returned to this area.

Chaos

Site was full except for 2 places but I was left to roam the whole site to find them. Very busy and chaotic. WIFI pathetic even at registration point. Clean and tidy. Well placed.
