This site more than matched our expectations. There was much to keep our children (12 & 9) amused. The obvious attraction was the pool, which was a great size. Better still, a nearby lake was just a walk away. The lake was quieter and great for swimming and inflatables. A nearby cycle route was also easily accessible and, with an Aldi en route, there was a handy place to stop for ice creams! The site offer an organised kayak trip down the river and this proved to be a memorable, if tiring, experience! The site staff were friendly and helpful, the facilities clean and well-looked after. The shop was well-stocked and the cafe offered food to suit all. In all, a fabulous site.
