ACE Rallies in Spain

This story happened on: 11/03/2012

ACE (Autos y Caravanas de España) is a free-wheeling group of motorhomers, caravanners and campers, who live  or spend a lot of time in Spain. We take it in turns to organise a rally most months except July and August. There are no club officers, fees or rules and anyone is welcome to come along to a rally.

We are not rivals to the Caravan Club - indeed most members of ACE are (like myself) members of the CC or CC&C.

Most of our rallies are held in different parts of Spain but each year we usually hold one rally in another country. This year, at the beginning of October, we will go to the south of Portugal.

At the end of next month we are going to El Rocío for the Doñana National Park, calling at Cordoba on the way back for their wonderful Courtyards Fiesta; in May we go to El Escorial near Madrid and in June to Calonge in Cataluña.

The photos are of our last rally in Jávea (and no, it is not me standing in front of my motorhome but my cousin who is visiting Spain for 3 months - mine is the outfit behind with the SmarCar).

If you would like to know more about our rally programme for this year, send an e-mail to acerallyinfo@gmail.com
