Wet Weather but perfect place to explore

This story happened on: 11/05/2021

We love visiting Devon and decided to make our first visit since lockdown ended earlier this month, having had our jabs we felt it was time to leave Dorset. We booked a little CL site close to the village of Denbury and arrived during a hail storm. But with two dogs on board getting the awning up to give them space, we have a 2 berth Sterling Europa 390. This would be the third time we have used it on a campsite, we had been sitting in having lunch throughout lockdown and selecting campsites to visit. Claire made us very welcome at Wrenwell Meadows and we found ourselves close to the Union Pub dog friendly, public footpath and a small holding, with horses goats lamas sheep chatted to the owner who explained all the animals will remain there throughout their lifetime. Being surrounded by nature was just what we needed, clean toilet and shower facilities which are modern and bright and airy. We will return again and hope for a little sunshine
