Free and Easy at Eaton - With Sunshine too

This story happened on: 09/03/2014

So, back from another very enjoyable weekend on the rally field... A nice relaxing free and easy at Eaton (The Wagon and Horses) where we had our first experience being towed by the Centre Vice Chair!

Unfortunately the ground was quite wet on Friday night and on an incline so it didn't take much to get our four tonne stuck.. The ralliers all jumped up to help though and after trying to use tracks etc to get out we gave in and accepted the tow.. Our first ever tow Frown. Suppose it had to happen some time.

Any way, once we were secure in our pitch we set about having tea before joining the other ralliers in the pub for a pub quiz. We didn't do too badly, scoring 76 out of 100, and there were some particularly tricky questions I must say.

Saturday was a lovely day and our girls spent most of it out on the park playing with the other children. Then for a yummy lunch in the pub. Dad (me) spent the afternoon playing with the camera before we settled down to watch a film with snacks!.

Sunday came all too quickly and before we knew it, it was time for flag.

Hope you all enjoyed your weekend adventures... See you on the field soon!
