Standard booking deposits (i.e non promotional bookings) are fully refundable if you cancel or amend your booking up to 21 days before your stay. The deposit for each booking will either be 10% of the total value of the stay or a £20 minimum, if the price of the stay is less than £20, then the total price of the stay will be required as the deposit. Book by 31 December 2023.
