Day 1 – Arrive at Camping Vinkenhof
Enjoy a welcome meeting to meet your hosts and fellow members over a drink of Christmas Glühwein and a traditional Dutch snack.
Day 2 – The Christmas Markets of Cologne
Enjoy a coach excursion to the German city of Cologne, famed for its gothic architecture, impressive cathedral and views across the river Rhine. Explore the many markets at your own pace with plenty of free time to shop and soak up the atmosphere.
Day 3 – Valkenburg Caves and Christmas parade
Take the public bus to the nearby town of Valkenburg and spend a day taking in the festivities of the town and its magical market caves. In the evening, the excitement continues with the town’s famous Christmas parade.
Day 4 – The Christmas Market of Aachen
Enjoy a coach excursion to Aachen in Germany with plenty of free time to explore its Christmas market. Why not try some traditional ‘Printen’ – a local speciality similar to gingerbread, fresh from the oven!
In the evening, finish this festive break with a farewell meal at the site restaurant.
Day 5 – Depart campsite before 11am
