Why stay here ...
This pretty site near Sarlat-la-Canéda is perfect for a quiet but active holiday. It’s a favourite among couples thanks to its tranquil atmosphere. A small river borders the site, with a pebble beach and swimming area. Fishing is permitted here too.
The site’s large, flat pitches are shaded by mature trees, but most get sun during the day. A local boulanger visits each morning, and the nearby village of Saint Cybranet has a restaurant, bar and well-stocked shop.
There’s a lot to do around and about: Sarlat is a beautiful medieval town with honey coloured buildings and narrow streets. Lascaux, with its fascinating cave paintings, is 30 minutes’ drive, and there’s golf, kayaking and tennis close by.
