Why stay here ...

A small site perched on the banks of the River Garonne in "Les Petits Pyrénées", Le Moulin occupies the grounds of a 17th century watermill and is a great base from which to explore the region. In summer, Le Moulin provides lots for families, including guided canoeing, archery and volleyball during the day, and quizzes and communal meal nights in the evenings.

Pitches vary in size, with some very large options available (pre-booking recommended), and all are well-kept and benefit from shade. You can also relax at the recently completed outdoor wellness area and swimming pool.

The site is on the doorstep of the Pyrénées Natural Park, so there are plenty of walking and cycling opportunities in the area. A trip to Toulouse rewards visitors with an enchanting Old Quarter and bustling food markets, not to mention the chance for a short cruise along the Canal du Midi.

A nice shady site for a heatwave!

Le Moulin
This campsite is in a rural location, about an hour south of Toulouse. The staff were friendly and welcoming and thankfully the school party of 12-13-year olds that had been staying there were heading off just as we arrived (we must be getting old!). There's a lovely swimming pool on site (no lifeguard) with plenty of shade, which we appreciated as we were staying in temperatures of 36 to 40 degrees, unusual for early June. The toilets, showers etc were all clean and plentiful. Bread/croissants could be ordered the day before for collection at the bar and it’s a 2km walk/cycle ride to the nearest SuperU. We were a bit disappointed by the description of it being a riverside location as we’d expected to be able to access the riverside from the campsite, which we couldn’t, however a short cycle ride to the Fontaine de Saint-Vidian offers a picnic site and access to the water. The pitches were all surrounded by hedging or bushes which offered privacy. Not a place to stay if you’re looking for lots to do, but a great site to sit and relax if that’s what you want, or use as a base if you've got transport.

Very good convenient stopover between Med and Atlantic

Le Moulin
Second time at this site on our way from the Med to Bayonne on the Atlantic side. Pitches are random and rather unkempt - our grass desperately needed cutting but the owners apologised saying mower had broken, and other one offered was full of ant nests and the water tap was hidden under masses of insulation!! Good pool facilities but in July it becomes a human soup with so many folk in there. Very peaceful and quiet and bar good.

Good site for this are

Le Moulin
Site was easy to find if a bit "humpy" on local road and site. Pitches are a bit random in layout but large enough for car, van and awning. Facilities are good and clean, and there is plenty to do for kids. Lots to see in local area, so will be back again for another visit.

Great Find will be back

Le Moulin
This was our first touring trip so picked as a 4random stop to Biarritz. Extend 2 a 2 day stop which was great idea. Pitch great, staff great, pool great although a little cold. Will definitely be back for a longer stay.

Totally first class caravan site

Le Moulin
What a fantastic first class site this is. Very go o d signage getting you to the entrance where you pull up and walk down to reception to book in. They have a few l large rig pitches which you need to pre book. We have a Huckabee cruiser and it fitted a treat as well as our awning and discovery. The site is very very quiet even with children on the site. A great pool, great walks, nice restaurant, bar, laundry and with 10 good am p s, water and drainage on the pitch. One of the very very best sites in the midi pyrenees. We will book again for next year. Am writing this at 8.30pm and you c a n hear a pin drop. As I say...just fantastic.
