  1. Booking terms and conditions

    1. Pitches are available to book up to 24 hours before the arrival date, subject to availability.

    2. Pitches are available for a minimum 2 nights

    3. All outfit types welcome.

    4. Pitches measure 11 metres x 10 metres and include space for either one caravan, motorhome, tent or trailer tent and one car only. Additional vehicles will not be allowed on site and will need to park in the Countryfile Live car park (additional parking fee applies).

    5. A camping pass includes one pitch and up to 2 Adults. Additional adults will be charge £10 each per night, with a maximum of 8 persons per pitch.

    6. A valid membership card will be required on booking and arrival to receive the discounted Caravan and Motorhome member price.

    7. Tickets to the show are not included in the pitch price. These must be booked in addition (per person per day) prior to arrival.

    8. Full Payment will be taken at the time of booking for the pitch and tickets.

    9. A fee of £2.50 will be added to all bookings for postage and packaging.

    10. Cancellations

      1. A cancellation fee of £35 will be charged for all cancellations up to Wednesday 7 August inclusive. Cancellations received after this date will will not be refunded.

  2. Countryfile Live show tickets

    1. Show tickets are non-refundable

    2. Any One Day tickets will only allow entry on ONE show day being either Thursday 15, Friday 16, Saturday 17 or Sunday 18 August

    3. Children under 5 are admitted free of charge and do not require a ticket

  3. Arrivals and departures

    1. Pitches available from Wednesday 14 August 2019 - Sunday 18 August 2019 (inclusive)

    2. Arrival from 11am up to 10pm on your pre booked arrival day. Arrivals after 10pm will be held on a temporary pitch by Security and re-sited from 8am the following morning subject to availability.

    3. Pitches to be vacated and outfits off site on departure day by 10am.

  4. Campsite

    1. Pitches will be allocated on arrival on a first come first served basis.

    2. Campsite office open daily from 8am to 10pm

    3. Fresh water will be available.

    4. Black, grey and dry waste disposal facilities will be available.

    5. Dogs are allowed provided they are kept on a lead at all times and should not be left unattended for long periods.

    6. Your vehicle must be parked within your allocated pitch, we advise that use of your vehicle is kept to an absolute minimum during your stay. A strict speed limit of 5 mph on site at all times.

    7. Quiet time please between 11pm - 8am

    8. Fire safety

      1. Fire extinguishers and alarms will be at service points

      2. Open fires are not permitted and will be put out, other than purpose made barbeques

      3. Barbeques need to be raised off the ground

      4. The use of fireworks or Chinese lanterns in the campsite is strictly prohibited

    9. In Case of Emergency

      1. In an emergency call 999 and quote the Castle Howard estate

  5. Risks and Responsibilities

    1. All persons attending the campsite do so at their own risk and no responsibility for persons or property is accepted by The Caravan and Motorhome Club or Countryflie Live.

  6. Personal Data

    1. The Caravan Club Ltd is a registered data controller and is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office as required by the Data Protection Act 1998. The personal data provided by our members and non-members will be processed in accordance with The Caravan Club Ltd, trading as the Caravan and Motorhome Club registration, company policy and current data protection legislation for the purposes of administering this event.
