  1. Booking terms and conditions

    1. Pitches are available to book up to 2 weeks before the arrival date, subject to availability.

    2. Pitches are available for a minimum of 2 nights

    3. All outfit types welcome.

    4. Pitches measure 11 metres x 10 metres and include space for either one caravan, motorhome, tent or trailer tent and one car only. Additional vehicles will not be allowed on site and will need to park in the Countryfile Live car park (additional parking fee applies).

    5. A camping pass includes one pitch and up to 2 Adults. Additional adults will be charged £10 each per night, with a maximum of 8 persons per pitch.

    6. A valid membership card will be required on booking and arrival to receive the discounted Caravan and Motorhome member price.

    7. Tickets to the show are not included in the pitch price. These must be booked in addition (per person per day) prior to arrival.

    8. Full Payment will be taken at the time of booking for the pitch and tickets.

    9. A fee of £2.50 will be added to all bookings for postage and packaging.

    10. Electrical Hook Up (EHU) is available for £15 per night of your stay and must be added for each night of your stay.

    11. Cancellations

 

  • Castle Howard: A cancellation fee of £35 will be charged for all cancellations up to Wednesday 22 July 2020 inclusive. Cancellations received after this date will not be refunded. 

 

  1. Countryfile Live show tickets

    1. This ticket is not refundable.

    2. This ticket cannot be exchanged, transferred, or resold for commercial gain.

    3. Visitors will not be allowed admission to this Show without a valid ticket.

    4. For the safety of visitors to the Show, the Organisers reserve the right to refuse admission, and may, on occasions conduct security searches.

    5. Please check all your tickets on purchase, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.

    6. The Organisers reserve the right to alter or vary the content or timing of the whole or any part of the Show due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control without being obliged to refund or exchange tickets.

    7. The Organisers cannot accept financial or other responsibility for any loss or liability incurred by visitors to the Show as a result of contracts entered into by visitors with any exhibitor or advice sought or obtained from any exhibitor.

    8. The Organisers cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property brought to the Show.

    9. Visitors may be filmed or recorded for broadcast or security purposes during the Show.

    10. The sale of any articles in the gangways or anywhere on the Exhibition premises is strictly forbidden except with the written permission of the Organisers, and the Organisers reserves the right at their absolute discretion to confiscate any such articles for infringement of the condition.

  2. Arrivals and departures

    1. Castle Howard: Pitches available from Wednesday 5 August 2020 - Sunday 9 August 2020 (inclusive)

    2. Windsor Great Park: Pitches available from Wednesday 19 August 2020 - Sunday 23 August 2020 (inclusive)

    3. Arrival from 11am to 9pm on your pre booked arrival day. Arrivals after 9pm will be held on a temporary pitch by Security and re-sited from 8am the following morning subject to availability.

    4. Pitches to be vacated and outfits off site on departure day by 10am.

  3. Campsite

    1. Pitches will be allocated on arrival on a first come first served basis.

    2. Campsite office open daily from 8am to 9pm

    3. Fresh water will be available.

    4. Black, grey and dry waste disposal facilities will be available.

    5. EHU is available at the time of booking.

    6. Dogs are allowed provided they are kept on a lead at all times and should not be left unattended for long periods.

    7. Your vehicle must be parked within your allocated pitch, we advise that use of your vehicle is kept to an absolute minimum during your stay. A strict speed limit of 5 mph on site at all times.

    8. Quiet time please between 11pm - 8am

    9. Fire safety

      • Fire extinguishers and alarms will be at service points

      • Open fires are not permitted and will be put out, other than purpose made barbeques

      • Barbeques need to be raised off the ground

      • The use of fireworks or Chinese lanterns in the campsite is strictly prohibited

  4. Risks and Responsibilities

    1. All persons attending the campsite do so at their own risk and no responsibility for persons or property is accepted by The Caravan and Motorhome Club or Countryfile Live.

  5. Personal Data

    1. The Caravan Club Ltd is a registered data controller and is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office as required by the Data Protection Act 1998. The personal data provided by our members and non-members will be processed in accordance with The Caravan Club Ltd, trading as the Caravan and Motorhome Club registration, company policy and current data protection legislation for the purposes of administering this event.
