There are four easy ways to book Club Sites. However, please note that Advance Booking through the Contact centre and the website is a Member only service.
Book online
Book online using our Site Search and Book tool. You can browse for sites that meet your needs, or book your preferred site straight away.
Remember to register with the website and login to be able to use these facilities.
Advance booking telephone service
Call the Advance booking telephone service at East Grinstead House on 01342 327 490.
This service is available throughout the year from 09:00 –17:30 Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays).
Call Sites direct
Call Sites direct when they are open (check your Sites Directory & Handbook for season dates). Please note that Wardens can take bookings from members and non members for their own site only. Non members will be required to pay the appropriate non member fee.
Postal bookings
Send postal bookings to the UK advance booking section at East Grinstead House using the booking forms found in your Sites Directory and Handbook. Alternatively, download a booking form with the link below:
Booking an Affiliated Site or Certificated Location
To book an Affiliated site or Certificated Location, please call the Site direct to confirm prices and to make your booking. Contact details can be found on the individual site detail pages online or in the Sites Directory. You may well be able to book throughout the year, not just when the site is open.
