Documents and guidance for claims and complaints

If your motorhome has been stolen, notify the police before you begin the claims process.

To make a claim on your insurance policy, please call:

Your call will be taken by a company called 4th Dimension who are used by Devitt Insurance Services, the Club’s partner broker, to manage the initial part of the process, and ensure your claim is directed to the right people.

They will take the relevant details and then pass them on to your specific insurer, who will get in touch with you to manage your claim directly.

Note that the insurer may instruct a loss adjuster or other third party to contact you regarding your claim.

If you need to arrange glass repair or replacement, please refer to your Certificate of Insurance for details of the number to call. If you do not have your certificate to hand, you can call the general claims number above.

Please note that glass repair and replacement only covers windscreens and glass windows. If you need to claim for damage to a plastic, acrylic or laminate window you will need to claim under damage to your Motorhome/Campervan.

If your complaint is about your dealings with Devitt, they will address it with you directly as the regulated broker of the policy. 

If your complaint is in relation to a claim, Devitt will pass your complaint on to your specific insurer and, as the regulated entity responsible for claim complaints, the insurer will get in touch with you to manage your complaint directly.
