The Caravan Club provides members with a free Legal Helpline telephone service for legal advice on any matter relating to motoring or caravanning. The service is provided by a specialist company, Capita Assistance. Their legally qualified staff are available 24 hours a day.
All Club members, plus any family member normally resident in your household, can use the service. There is no limit to the number of calls which can be made. Please note that all calls are recorded to retain a permanent record.
Advice will be given verbally, but can be confirmed in writing on request. A series of booklets and guidance sheets are also available.
The service primarily covers UK law, but Capita Assistance are happy to offer practical assistance whenever possible for problems occurring overseas.
This is a member-only service and you will need your membership number to hand when you make your call.
