Are caravans improving? In 2005 The Caravan Club carried out its third Quality & Reliability Survey to ask members what they thought. A random selection of 10,000 members known to have changed their caravan since the last survey in 2002 were sent a four-page questionnaire.
'Club members account for around 80% of all new caravan sales'
Around 4,200 replied, giving The Club more than enough information to produce a statistically robust survey. Results were published in a series of features in The Caravan Club Magazine.
