Fiat Ducato, 4 berth, (2002)

Our dream was bought from northern motor homes Skipton in sept 2022,and has been nothing short of disaster, lots of minor problems causing lack of confidence ,we are real novices so everything went back to garage in skipton and nottingham.it had a solar panel and awning fitted brand new, still has original carpets, passed last years mot with no advisories just a little work on rear brakes sticking.it has just been in garage for a pre mot which shows it will need some welding which takes us to a new level of discomfort and panic. it also showed rear light faulty and screen washers faulty and a seized compensating valve??again what is that??? We hardly use the vehicle and it sits unloved on the forecourt of our house. We finally feel utterly defeated and the welding is the last straw. We hope it could be a cheap project for a normal caravanny type person with diy skills!!! At the moment it is bleeding us dry and we can go no more. The dream was just that ,it was stunning when we paid £19995 in 2022 and still is when set up looks lovely far belying its age. This is our last hope really ,with the right people owning it and looking after it. So, to sum up, handy couple required to rejuvenate this old lady, it is a Bessecarr E425 and also has recently had a full refurbishment of the electric step,4 new Michelin tyres about 9 months ago (little to no mileage on them) new battery AA fitted.Hopefuully someone is interested,open to offers or ideas More photos and additional info can be provided on request
