Pitch lease is valid until December 2061. The park has a 12 month season but it is not a residential site. Ideally located for Scotland and the Lake District. Gated access to park. Large decking with lockable gate, private parking bay. The lodge has been built to residential standards with domestic double glazing and combi boiler central heating. Heavy duty galvanised frame and trace heating.
