Willerby Etchingham 35 by 12.5 foot. Gas central heating and double glazed. The caravan is on the Park Holiday site at Bowland Fell Tosside which has excellent amenities. The park licence expires on 7/1/2037. I am giving 1 years site fees with the sale. The park is open 11 months of the year. The closed dates are 7th January to 7th February. The site fees are around £357 a month to include water. Park have upgraded the site compleley last year with new bar and reastaurant, reception and sales office. There is an indoor pool and launderette plus a large childrens play area. The nearest town is Settle which is 5 miles away. There is a regular bus service to and from the park.
