An excellent caravan for sale in amazing condition, first used in 2005. Never used for more than 2 or 3 weeks a year. Only selling due to changing family holidays. Open to reasonable offers. 4 berth touring caravan with full size awning and breathable groundsheet. We have owned this caravan for 12 years, purchased second hand from a family member who purchased it new (i.e. only 2 owners from new). Excellent condition inside and out. No damp. All draws, cupboards and doors open, close and lock as they should do. 2 keys for all locks. Caravan has a large end washroom with hot and cold shower, Thetford cassette toilet, wash basin and storage wardrobe. Equipment includes gas oven, gas grill, dual fuel hob, dual fuel electric storage water heater, dual fuel blown air heating system, refrigerator with small freezer (electric, gas or 12 volt), 240 volt mains electric with outlet sockets, TV aerial, fly screens and blinds on all windows, 12 volt control panel with battery state meter. Front seats convert into a double bed. Dinette seats located opposite kitchen area convert into bunk beds with a privacy curtain that can be drawn around the bunks. Handbooks included. Maximum Technical Permissible Laden Mass: 1369 kg Also included is everything you need for your first holiday: freshwater Aquaroll barrel, hose for filling Aquaroll, grey water collector, toilet chemicals and watering can for flush water, water pump, wheel and tow hitch locks, extended wing mirrors, wheel chocks, levelling ramp, gas cylinders, mains hook up cable.
