Coachman Pastiche 525/4, 4 berth, (2006)

Our Pastiche was brought brand new in 2006. No children, no pets and none smokers. During our ownership it has been stored in a barn so protected from the weather, sun and rain. The caravan has just been serviced which included new flexible gas pipes, new regulator, new smoke detector, all replaced due to age rather than any faults. A full service report is available including a damp report which shows 'No Ingress Found'. Staff at the dealer commented to say he has not seen a caravan in such good condition for some time. We are selling due to lack of use. Included in the sale will be two aqua roll water carriers, two gas bottles, waste water carrier, power lead and Isabella porch awning. The caravan has been fitted with a Truma Mover S, the one with the electric motors to engage the drive rollers. The leisure battery is a MK 50 amp gel which has been tested. All three tyres have recently been replaced and are in good condition. The tyres were only replaced due to age, not worn. The 520 /4 layout is perfect for young families as the centre two seats convert to a bunk bed for the children, or if there are only two using the van then the centre seating area makes for an ideal eating area. There are two tables, one free standing and a smaller one that clips to the wall. There is a spacious wash room with a wardrobe and storage draws. The ladder for the top bunk bed is also stores in the wardrobe. There is a Sony DVD / CD/ MP3 player with four speakers and remote control. The Thetford 97 litre fridge works on gas, main power when using the hook up and battery power when powered by the tow car. Some of the internal lights have been upgraded to LED bulbs. All upholstery is in 'as new' condition as are the original manufacturer's carpets.
