One owner from new, no pets or children. Top of the range, the Clubman includes just about everything you might want. Built on AL-KO chassis with ATC to ensure optimal safety and stabilty when on the move. The SR features a sought after mid washroom layout with end island bed easily accessible from either side, with good sized wardrobes and handy bed side tables with drawers below. Jack and Jill doors to the bathroom, not curtains, giving privacy to the light and airy lounge / kitchen area. The kitchen includes a full sized dual fuel cooker (3 gas and one electric hobs) with separate grill and oven, below is an integrated glass fronted generous pan cupboard, opposite is a full height fridge freezer together with an integrated microwave oven. A generous stainless steel kitchen sink includes a full size plastic bowl, easy cleaned full width splash back. 3 wall cupboards above the kitchen area and 2 below the sink/work top. The living/kitchen area is enhanced by the 'Maxi Skyview' full length roof light 1500mm x 600mm together with the fully integrated sun roof at the front. The light coloured soft furnishings and 'Magnolia' locker doors throughout together with the high impact 'Dover' laminate worktop and 'Twirl' splashback ensure a pleasant ambiance throughout. Under the 4 removable fitted carpets to the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen* and lounge there is a light coloured vinyl effect floor throughout (* we have never had the kitchen carpet down, prefering to have vinyl in the kitchen / entrance area). LED lighting throughout, with wrap around LED strip lighting above the lounge, fixed rear bed and under the kitchen wall cupboards (all dimmable to match your mood) together with multiple LED spotlights above the bed and seating areas. Clubman entertaiment includes a Pioneer MP3 / CD / Radio with external arial and switchable fitted speakers to both the lounge and bedroom, TV points in both the lounge and bedroom wired for both 12v and 240v with integrated TV sockets connected to the fitted TV arial / signal booster. Your comfort is assured with the ALDE central heating system which includes a heated towel rail with plentiful hot water as required and operates from electric and/or gas. The caravan is Grade 3 insulated so you can choose to caravan throughout the year should you choose. Outside Clubman fittings include LED strip lighting to both the nearside and offside, external gas barbeque point, external 240v supply point and external shower point. The rear external lockers connect through to each other under the fixed rear bed and are accessible from either inside or outside the caravan. In addition to the standard Clubman fittings we have added a Powertouch motor mover, solar panel and Gas-It refillable gas cylinder with external filling point so you can fill up cheaply with LPG gas at any petrol station which stocks it. Clubman security is taken care of with the standard ALKO wheel lock and Phantom tracker / alarm system. We have much enjoyed our Lunar Clubman over the years. However we have decided to move out to Spain full time later this year and are reluctantly selling our caravan, UK car and home. With spring / summer now upon us here is the perfect opportunity for someone else to enjoy it. The recommended retail price new was ~£25,000, and current dealer prices for a used Clubmans appear to be around £16,000 to £19,000. We have priced it realistically to go. For experienced caravanners you are likely to have all the essential extras needed. However for any newbies the following can be made available should you need them: - Heavy duty hitchlock - Nose wheel scales - Good sized air awning with both 12v and manual footpump - Breathable awning carpet to fit the above - 25l and / or 40l water containers - waste water container and cover - Isabella reclining chair - Second cheaper reclining chair - all crockery, curlery, utensils and cookware etc. we have used over the years I have included some photos of the actual caravan together with a few photos / specifications from the 2018 Lunar Brochure which will be available together with all the manuals etc that came with the caravan when we purchased it.
