Burford Caravan Club Site is an attractive and spacious destination, with well landscaped pitching areas, children's play area suitable for all ages and pleasant dog walk. It is conveniently set opposite the beautiful Cotswold Wildlife Park, a popular family attraction in the area with rhinos, zebras and leopards - your children will be enchanted. The Brass Rubbing Centre, superb gardens and narrow gauge railway - all are must see attractions making for a fantastic day out. All the more tempting with the added bonus of discounted tickets being available at the caravan site reception.
Burford itself is a beautiful unspoilt Cotswold village, located conveniently near to the Burford Caravan Club Site. Populated with the warm, honey coloured stone buildings characteristic of the area, this small and sleepy town is a delight for families to discover. The caravan park is also close to the village of Bourton-on-the-Water with its Motor Museum, Model Railway and fine traditional pottery making.
Burford Golf Club is about a 5 minute drive from the site and offers a good challenge whatever your handicap. The Rose and Crown at Shilton just over the crossroads has excellent cask beer and serves top quality food. Bilbury and the wool town of Northleach, with its church and eccentric collection of mechanical music are also conveniently at hand during your stay on this wonderful site.
Burford welcomes tent campers and has tent pitches available to both members and non-members. Pitches can be booked online or by phone - To do this and to find out further tent camping information, take a look at the Burford tent camping page...

This holiday park is amazing for a quiet relaxing holiday. There is a park on site which our 7 year old daughter loved to play in and the small wooded are was good to build a den. There is nothing else on site to do but we went for a relaxing holiday and have come home feeling really refreshed.
There is a chip van that comes round on a Friday night and the food from there was lovely.
All the staff are polite and friendly.
Security is good only people on site can drive on and off site.
The toilet block was clean and warm and the showers were wonderful.
We did not want to leave it was an amazing experience and will recommend it to everyone.
We have been to this site a number of times and it never disappoints. Good location with easy access. This time the white post and rail fences at the road junctions were rather restrictive for siting on some pitches. They also made it very tight to get round some corners. Overall though it was another great holiday.
6th Annual visit to this nice site to visit friends nearby and always a great excuse ( if you need one) to enjoy this lovely part of the Cotswolds. Treated ourselves to a serviced pitch again which is always a bit more relaxing from the usual "chores" each morning. The pitches are a good size and the site facilities excellent and well looked after by the site team. Love the Wildlife Park opposite with all
the new arrivals this year and of course the site is great for exploring the eastern end of the cotswolds.

Turn left off the A40 (Oxford - Burford) in 23 miles at the large roundabout at Burford onto the A361 following signs for Cotswold Wildlife Park and Lechlade.
