Why stay here ...

Highfield House Caravan Site is set in beautiful Lincolnshire countryside approximately 1 mile from the village of Scotter. The site is set on a small farm with fields overlooking the countryside, a fantastic view and the most amazing clear skies for star gazing and fabulous sunsets. Fresh eggs are available from our own chickens, bread and milk. Your dog is very welcome and can be walked on a lead on our dog walk on site. If you wish to leave your dog with us while you go out for the day or for a meal this may be arranged if available at a small dog walking fee.

The village of Scotter has three local pubs serving food, a good Chinese and Indian takeaway, two fish and chip shops, a hotel and restaurant, local co op and small shops. A local farm shop, garden centre within 5 minutes. Yearly vintage car rally is also held in the summer. Information hut on site.

Lovely site.

Highfield House
We spent four nights here last week. It's a really lovely site, very tidy and a well appointed utility area and Heather and Rob are lovely hosts. The dog walk and off lead run are a real bonus, especially first thing in the morning and last thing at night. We went to Marshalls Yard at Gainsborough which was nice, all the regular high street shops were there set around a square with cafes etc. We also had two visits to Twigmoor Wood which is not far away and is really lovely and cool under the trees. (It was very hot last week). We also went to Scotter Common. It's a very open site with lovely views and lovely sunsets. This was our second visit to Highfield House and we will definitely be back.

Lovely place to be .

Highfield House
We have never been to Highfeildhouse before but found the place very easily to find .The views are stunning as well the sunsets the site is flat and drains very well .Our two dogs loved the run that’s just been built worth going just for that.We were very lucky we had the whole site to our self’s for the seven days. The ehu is 16amp also an info shed with games to play also books and mags for your use .The only down side is a bit of noise from the road but that did not bother us . The hosts are lovely people and we will be using this site as much as we can in the future.
