Great site
Poplar Farm
Daniel gave us a great welcome. We had a few issues with our van on arrival but the help we got could not have been better. The site is so quiet, the bird song is just lovely. Its a fog friendly site and we really loved our stay. We will definitely be returning, a great 5 van site!

Poplar Farm
A perfect , peaceful Cl , couldn’t wish for anything more . Daniel is extremely helpful , attentive when needed , and really cares for the site , keeping the grass short and the site clean & tidy .
Their is a toilet and separate shower free to use , what more can you expect , just perfect .
For us, it’s all down to location, Wroxham , Coltishall & Horning are all within walking / Cycling distance , so no need to get the car out .
We booked for 7 nights , but found it so tranquil and peaceful, stayed for 13 nights, such a lovely relaxing break .
We will most definitely return

Great CL Site
Poplar Farm
We’ve stayed on this lovely site many times because of it’s location and views. It has easy access to The Broads and especially Wroxham and Wroxham Barns. Daniel is very polite and welcoming and takes good care of the site. We do not use the shower and toilet - preferring to use our own. We have never experienced a problem with children running around within the Adult only CL area whilst we have been here!. There is some occasional road noise but nothing to stop us coming back. Across the field you can see the Sheringham to Norwich train running to schedule. We will most certainly be back again for a break from living at the seaside!

Very peaceful site with good views across farmland. Daniel is friendly, helpful, accommodating and is always available should you need anything. Facilities are simple and kept spotlessly clean. Great location to explore the Norfolk Broads and the surrounding area. We ended up staying for 2 weeks rather than our planned one week. Thank you very much Daniel!

Lovely peaceful CL. We had perfect weather for our stay. Gorgeous views across fields, lovely sunsets. The toilet and shower are kept spotlessly clean. Wroxham and Coltishall are within 40 mi utes easy walking on quiet lanes... ask owner Daniel for directions. Horse and Groom pub 10 mi utes away on foot. Would definitely stay here again.
