Lovely spot!

Easy to find with wide gate into large field which was nice and level. We had the place to ourselves for the two nights we were there. Farmer John made a couple of friendly visits to check we were ok. Water on farm building but not labelled as drinking water so we waited until John confirmed. Easy access to cycle network route 26 which we used to explore. Would recommend the sausages from Hamish’s farm shop which is just along the lane back towards the A37. No issues with TV reception.

What’s not to like?

This is a basic CL, water and CDP. For the less than the price of a large glass of wine in a pub, if you have solar this has to be a bargain. The drinking water tap is on the farm building, so rather than poke around we waited till there was someone to ask. Field is fine, so if you like working farms on a budget give it a try.
