What a lovely CL

We have just spent three lovely nights at this site. Although it is new and still being developed the owner has added all the items that would make your stay easy. 16 amp hook-ups, water on the hard standing pitches together with easy access to and from the site. Fenced off areas include exercise for dogs and marked out pitches, all add to the professional way the owner has gone about setting up this great site. There are two beautiful Wet Rooms that provide WC and Shower facilities. There are plenty of activities in and around the area. Just a few minutes walk from site is the Crown & Anchor pub which serves good food it also caters for Vegetarian, Vegan and Gluten-free meals. There are lots of walking and cycling routes and the near by Tetney Marsh Nature Reserve would be an interesting place to explore for those interested in wildlife.

Birthday Away.

What a wonderful peaceful location. My partner was invited by Andrew to look at his tractor collection. Next thing he was driving up the road in an early mint David Brown. What a birthday surprise. This was followed by a ride out on an old Marshall 'Pop pop' tractor. Made his birthday. So welcoming and friendly on this clean, wonderful site. A short walk to the Crown & Anchor pub for a nice meal too. The dogs loved being let loose in the contained exercise area. A really well thought out site with nice walks also, which will definitely be revisited. What more could you ask for.

Fantastic CL site - great host, facilities and local amenities

A fantastic new site which was well hosted by Andrew who knows everything about the locality - great walks and a fantastic local pub about five minutes away which serves great food. We took our two dogs and joined a group of friends at the site for a brilliant weekend. The facilities on site are outstanding with two top end wet rooms, dog area and well laid out site. We also took our canoe onto the nearby Tetney Lock, 3 min walk with canoe on a trolley - easy access to the water which is also used by local SUP's we will be returning to explore further up the Louth Canal, thanks Andrew :)

Great walking

A lovely caravan site with first class facilities. Very friendly and welcoming owner. The campsite is very peaceful and has a secure dog paddock which was ideal for our two dogs. There are many easy walks from the site both along the canal and along the sea wall through nature reserves. It’s an ideal location if you like walking. Highly recommended.

Best Bank Holiday weekend after 44 years of caravanning !

Yew Tree Farm CL is head and shoulders above any CL that we have experienced in 44 years. Andrew has set the standard which all CL should aspire to. Luxury shower blocks with 2 facilities. Drinking and Waste water completely separate here, which CMH we believe is essential. Hands on management by owner made for a perfect stay.

Wow

What a discovery this new CL site is. Andrew is the most amazing host & does everything to make sure you’re having a great time. The facilities are top notch, the showers beat most luxury hotels in fact the best camp site showers we’ve had. My partner always moans about showers & he gave these 11/10. Superb views & very peaceful we all slept like a log. Pub in 5 mins walk which does great home cooked food (ring & book a table). You can walk or cycle for miles. It was great to see the ships coming in & out of the Humber after walking down the canal. We will be returning many times. Andrew has made this campsite perfect. The only bad point was leaving to come home. Thanks again Andrew we will see you very soon. Shaun, Lucy & Nugget

Perfect little getaway.

Just returned from a two night stay at this little gem. Andrew is a most friendly and welcoming host. Good size pitches, fenced dog area, seating here and there to enjoy the beautiful views. The 2 self contained bathrooms are a joy. Newly done out and very modern and spacious. 5 minutes walk to a lovely pub, The Crown and Anchor, ate there both nights, and couldn't fault it. Definitely a must if you're looking for peace and quite, good facilities and lots to see in the surrounding area. Highly recommend and will definitely return. Thank you Andrew.

Yewtree Farm CL

Andrew Wrisdale what a wonderful new well planned out site ! With Great facilities, inc shower block, dog exercise field, grass and hard standing pitches, with electric hookups and some with mains water. Very spacious individual plots, over looking the countryside, we just absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be returning with all our friends. Not forgetting the very short walk to a lovely old pub with fantastic food ( The Crown and Anchor ) Thankyou Andrew

Pristine little heaven

We were the first guests on this brand new , beautifully presented CL. Easy road access into farm entrance and through a coded barrier takes you to the camping field .Well laid out , each pitch with plenty of space and all level. Surrounded by open farmland with distant views . We went here to escape the heat at home and were never too hot due to sea breezes and slept well in the peace and quiet. Every night we watched the sun go down into the land giving us fantastic sunsets every evening. The wc/shower rooms are high quality and the building includes a washing up sink , all with plenty of hot water. All of this is marshalled by the very friendly owner , Andrew, who makes sure you have everything you need and providing all local knowledge and info you require .Prepare to get fat visiting the local pub as it serves great local English food with large portions and dogs can accompany you in the bar. A great place , visiting 3 days out of a 5 day stay. Plenty of walking and cycling , all flat .Along the canal to the coast and RSPB Tetney marsh nature reserve. You will not be disappointed with a visit here and we will be returning many times in the near future. Thank you Andrew , the site is a credit to all your hard work and for a lovely stay.
