Xmas 2014
My husband and I spent 4 nights on this site between Xmas and New Year. We were fortunate to be able to stay for New Years Eve. The wardens put on a lovely get together, great mulled wine and punch, great buffet and thankfully the weather had warmed up. Enjoyed chatting to other people especially as this was our first time caravanning in the winter so we picked up some useful tips.
The shower block was lovely and warm (very important to me) and clean. Very friendly wardens. We hadn't been to this area before but found plenty of things to do, unfortunately the Castle was closed due to the weather.
I would definitely recommend this site to my friends.
