We have increased No Claims Discount levels as follows for
new and renewal business:

year
20%
- 2
years
25%
- 3
years
30%
- 4 years or more 35%
You would expect The Caravan Club to offer high-quality
insurance cover for touring caravans - and we do! What you might
not expect is that our premiums are very competitive in the market,
with a generous range of discounts for members. Just look at some
of the savings you could make:
- No claims discount up to 35%
- 10% discount for corner-steady or tilt alarm*
- 10% discount for an approved tracking device*
- 5% discount for completing a Club caravanning course
- 5% discount for storage at a CaSSOA Gold site or Club secure
storage
- 10% discount for an ** AL-KO Secure or BPW Diamond Wheel
Lock*
- 10% discount for an Al-KO ATC or BPW iDC trailer control
system
- Discounts for choosing a voluntary excess
* Security discounts not available if we make
fitting the device a condition of the insurance
** Please note that twin-axle caravans must have
two AL-KO Secure or BPW Diamond wheel locks fitted on the same
side

Protecting your interests
The Club's insurance team is based at the head office in East
Grinstead and handles day-to-day operation of the scheme.
Claims handling is provided by our brokers and we work very
closely with them. We are proud of our efficient administration and
swift, fair handling of Members' claims.
The Caravan Club is an independent intermediary and is
authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority, FSA
Register number 311890. Our permitted business is advising and
arranging general insurance contracts. You can check this on the
