Caravanners welcome at Exmoor's autumn festival

The county of Devon is to host an autumn festival showcasing the sights and tastes of Exmoor.
Caravanners with an interest in walking will get the chance to take on many of the 32 guided walks offered to visitors, trails which will suit a range of abilities - from full-day hikes to short four-mile strolls.
Guiding tourists will be local enthusiasts and landowners, as well as wardens and rangers from Exmoor National Park.
Food-lovers will also be catered for at the Exmoor Autumn Walking Festival, which runs from October 1st to the 4th, as a number of outings will take-in local restaurants and pubs to enjoy the best local produce.
Guided river walks will also include trips to local farms to sample the best in Exmoor cheese, game pate and sausages.
Devon is home to a number of Caravan Club Sites while the Exmoor National Park, granted status in 1954, is home to wild red deer and the native Exmoor pony.
