Making amendments to your booking

For those members who have called us to amend their Travel bookings, Events bookings and Training Course bookings, please note that we are still experiencing system issues.

This issue is not preventing new bookings from being made however it is not possible to amend or cancel existing bookings. We are working hard on a solution and we thank you for your patience.

Update: We have fixed the issue but are currently working through a backlog of work so we ask for your continued patience as our Contact Centre call volumes are very high. Our Contact Centre is open until 5:30pm today and will reopen at 8:45am tomorrow morning.
