What a little gem! An idyllic rural location but within easy walking distance to the beautiful Wymondham Abbey and pretty little historic market town of Wymondham itself. Friendly owner, David, who is happy to chat but respects your privacy and space. Spacious grassed site circling a cute little animal enclosure, currently home to Lucy the venerable old donkey, Pamela the goat (her faithful companion) and three rather sedate sheep! The fresh eggs, are delicious bought from the little shop sitting next to the tasteful little cafe and gift shop , both of which are very popular with campers and locals alike. Wymondham, lovely in its own right, certainly benefits from this tasteful little additional facility. A working farm so the occasional ‘scent’ in the air, and happy grunts and squeals at feeding time, but certainly not intrusive. A true sense of being enveloped in the country side. Will definitely berevisiting.
