We love this CL, the location is superb, so much so that our vehicle stayed parked up for the duration of our stay. An easy couple of minutes walk into Hay centre, the well stocked CO-OP is also a couple of minutes walk away. We have stayed here before, but will definitely come back again because of the peace and quiet and the excellent location. We walked to Llowes on the Wye Valley Walk which mostly follows the river, but closer to Llowes I’d recommend taking the higher footpath (as shown on the OS map) because the views are really wonderful.
