Lovely quiet site
Last week (18h October) I was lucky to stay for four nights at this lovely quiet site. It is relatively easy to reach and only 10 minutes drive from Keswick. It’s ideally positioned for easy access to the fells and lake and right next to the quiet hamlet of Grange which has a cafe.
Friendly wardens and loads of wildlife to watch including red squirrels.
I didn’t want to leave and needless to say I will be returning next year when they reopen.
