We have just had XMas at Hillhead, in all my years ( not going to disclose how many) I can truly say it was the best ever. The happy atmosphere around the site was infectious, people had dressed up their caravans and motor homes. The wardens had gone over and beyond to make us feel welcome and the site was as usual kept beautifully clean. The Xmas build up on XMas Eve in the club was magical with Torbay brass band and a fab singer. The Xmas day was amazing the food was unbelievable cooked to perfection no hotel I have stayed in has come close. The veg was crunchy and lovely and the meat was delicious. The whole lunch lasted for  5 hours and the entertainment was brilliant. My dogs were happy as they had lovely walks in surrounding countryside and as always a visit to Dartmouth easily walked from Hillhead and bus back up the hill!! Thank you to all at Hillhead.
