We used the site as a stop over on the 9th August 2015 whilst travelling further South. Arrived about 5pm and were greeted on reception by a very good English spoken french girl who directed us to our pitch and explained what was available. Great. The pitch itself was grassed quite small and wuld be tricky for the less confident and had high hedges on 2 sides a shared brick BBQ between 2 pitches and bordered a path through to the main facilities and toilet blocks. This was quite busy and we thought it would be an issue as the site was VERY busy. We were pleasantly surprised, by 23:00hrs everything went quiet and allowed us a good nights sleep for onward travel. The site would allow good starting position for visits to the sites of the D-Day landings in particular the American beaches as this site is on UTAH beach and is directly across a minor road from the beach.
