If you are trying to amend a promotional booking, and the amendment happens after the "book by date", or the booking is amended within 13 days of arrival for the Spring promotion / within 20 days of arrival for the Summer promotion, the promotional discount will be removed and you will have to pay the full prevailing price for your stay.

No, the Spring and Summer promotions do not have any 'blackout dates' (exclusion dates). You can book stays any day of the week - midweek, weekends, and even bank holidays.

Once you have entered your party members, chosen your pitch type, entered your dates into the calendar* and pressed continue, you will be able to see your discount has been applied in the booking summary, at the bottom of the page. This will display the promotion name under "offer", and the price displayed will be the discounted price.

*Please note that the prices in the calendar will be the full, non-discounted prices. If the criteria of the promotion are met, the price at the bottom of the screen, and in the basket, will be the total discounted price.

Once this is added to the basket, press "show full basket" and the name of the promotion will be displayed. The total price shown, includes the promotional discount.
