Great views of the sea.

Just back from a tour of the west Highlands. Enjoyed a lovely one night stop at this site. Book ahead as it is very popular. Great coastal location and good pitches all around this large site. Good facilities as you would expect from a Caravan Club site. We enjoyed walking the dog along the sea shore and sitting looking out at the loch view. Some midges, so beware when the breeze drops in the evening. We plan coming back at a quieter time to get a loch side pitch, although our pitch further back was a good one with trees and grass.

Simply superb!

The views say it all! This site is superb. Peaceful, clean, great location for Fort William and Glencoe. Four seasons pub and restaurant over the road serves lovely food. We had an excellent time at bunree.

The perfect location for a highland caravaning break

We had the pleasure of staying at Bunree Caravan Park last week. The location provides spectacular views and a perfect base to explore the surrounding scenery either by well signposted walks or driving to Glencoe or Fort William.  The facilities at the site were first class and the staff could not be more helpful - for caravan enthusiasts this is Scotland at its best. We will certainly be back.

And chill...

We booked in for 9 nights in August , and were incredibly lucky to get a pitch facing the loch. The views are simply stunning and you start to relax immediately. The area around has lots to interest the whole family, the walk across from the site is lovely, and the 4 seasons pub serves welcome refreshment and reasonably priced, tasty food. The site was clean with park facilities for children. The local cow herd welcomed us and payed the odd visit to the entrance to the park. Look forward to our return !

Glorious

We have visited this site many times, winter and summer and it never fails. Amazing location. And as ever thanks to wonderful staff for running a great site with warmth, humour and generosity.

EXTRAORDINARIO

Es el mejor Camping ( junto con el Camping de Bled en Eslovenia ) que he conocido en Europa;    y presumo de conocer más de cien campings europeos. Les puedo asegurar que deben estar orgullosos de su camping. Enhorabuena por su éxito.

bunree

This was a lovely quiet site, situated on the shores of Loch Linnhe.  We arrived late in the evening and the warden was still there to let us in, whereupon we took a pitch in the centre of the site with a good side view of the loch.  When vehicles started leaving in the morning, we took it upon ourselves to move to a loch-side pitch, the views from which were magnificent.  The midgies were out but the breeze was suffucient that we didn't get affected too badly.  We didn't use the site's facilities during our four days except for the wash rooms, which seemed to be cleaned to a good standard whenever I was in.  Being in the Highlands, the scenery was amazing, and well-worth the effort travelling the distances to get to places.  I would recommend this site and will stay there again next time I am up that way.
