The Auto Trail Imala 615 has Swivelling cab seats, twin long sofas up front and a rear kitchen and bathroom – this layout simply works splendidly for the two people that the Imala 615 is designed to serve. Swivel the cab seats and you’re face-to-face with a lovely big lounge. Want to relax with your feet up? No problem in here, as both sofas are six-footers and the 18.5in TV – which drops down from above the cab – is ideally located for easy viewing. Entertaining might deplete your ‘cellar’ as you could seat 10 in here – albeit in friendly fashion. Dining for up to four is easily achieved as a free-standing table – with dedicated stowage in the kitchen – sets up between the sofas. At bedtime, pull the sofa bases out and allow the backrests to drop in vertically and you gain two six-foot singles. Use the swivelled cab seat squabs for your feet and the beds are long enough to accommodate just about any mortal on the planet. Pull those bases out to meet in the aisle, flatten the backrests and a very generous double bed is created; you can sleep either across or lengthways.
