Lovely quiet spot

Super off grid site with gorgeous coastal views. Peaceful and secluded but could be exposed in poor weather. Sloping site so you will need ramps etc. Not really walking distance to local spots but short drive to some great beaches etc. Handy, well stocked shop in the local village. Owner very helpful and welcoming. Good recycling facilities etc.

Lovely stay!

This was a really lovely place to stay. It has fantastic views over the North Pembrokeshire Coast. The facilities are well organised and clean. It was an ideal place to have an off grid few days. It is a little exposed to a strong westerly wind, and you will need to drive to local beauty spots. Having said this, if you are looking for unspoiled scenery and quiet places to enjoy in relative peace, there are plenty of options within a 20 minute drive. Highly recommended!

Views! Fishguard and over to Porthgain. Friendly folk/Wales coastal path/ Loved the Alpacas next door!

What can I say. Beautiful location looking over to Fishguard and Porthgain. We walked through Trefin and along the coastal path to The Sloop Inn in Porthgain for some great food which we did and had a great meal. Then walked back along the lanes with some beautiful views of the coast. The Ship Inn in Trefin has recently re-opened but we didn't have enough time to visit both. Lovely people who had put together a comprehensive information pack and are more than willing to advise on where to go. A real gem in the making here. *No electric hook-up as yet (April 2022) but wait and see. To be fair, we sat out and watched the ferry coming into Fishguard and both were beautiful sunsets surrounded by fields, sheep, alpacas and sea. We will return! :-)
