We found it easily. Set in a lovely village setting. Attentive owner but not intrusive. Roomy pitches overlooking a golf course & stables. Hook up, fresh drinking water and cassette toilet disposal available onsite. Lovely pub ' Friendship Inn ' less than 100 yds from the site. We dined there. Lovely food. Would definitely stay again.
Lovely little getaway
Had a couple of nights at this lovely site Tara and Matt were lovely there for any problems which there wasn’t.
Will be coming back very soon.
Thank you
Want to keep it quiet but suppose we should let others know!
Well, what a gem of a site. Tranquil but with amenities in striking distance. By amenities we mean three pubs in dog walking distance! Grass pitches but they drain well - it tipped it down the night before we were due to leave and did wonder; needn’t have worried. This is a CL so it won’t be for everyone but we genuinely had a fabulous time with our two dogs. Made to feel welcome, especially as this was a last minute booking. We plan to return.
Relaxing & Peaceful Location.
We received a warm welcome from Tara when we arrived.
Stayed 2 nights and would definatey visit again.
A lovely view of horses in the paddock.
About a 15 minute drive into the historic City of Lincoln.
On our departure Matt checked everything was ok with our stay.

Peaceful site
Matt and Tara having the makings of a fantastic cl site, friendly owners and friendly welcome at the gate, Tara showed us to the pitches which is up the driveway from the house, this is at the moment surfaced with hardcore and stones but with this being new matt was telling me his intentions of surfacing and rolling the drive, the site is a large grassed area which has a some rutts and divots but its pretty level and this will bed down with use, new hook up points and tap. The elsan point is at the side of the barn which is a short walk. The scenery around the site is lovely with a golf course behind and horse paddocks surrounding the pitches its very peaceful, with pheasants and squirrels in abundance, matt and Tara have some chickens and geese on site and obviously horses. There's some nice walks in the area down to the river trent. Also there's a very friendly local pub The friendship Inn just over the road. Please remember this is a new site and a lot of things are a work in progress. The owners have done exceptionally well to get the place looking as good as it does within the short time they've been there all credit to them.
